| Q7: Will I be able to adjust the volume of the Background Music or select songs during a call? |
| Yes, you can adjust the volume by pressing * (reduce volume) or # (increase volume). To mute, press 0. You can change song during a call by pressing the assigned key.

| Q8: Can I download my favourite songs to use as Background Music? |
| Yes, you are now able to purchase your favourite songs by:
Logging on to bgm.ufone.com:8080/bgmSubWeb for the complete Background Music library or dial 770.

| You will be given 1 free default songs so that you can still use Background Music even if you have not downloaded any songs yet. After first subscription, first two content will be downloaded free of cost.

| For each download you will be charged Rs. 5+Tax. |

| Q10: Is there a maximum number of songs that I can download for Background Music? |

You can download a maximum of 15 songs to your personal library.
However, you can only assign 9 songs to your handset keypad (1-9). Keys *, # and 0 is used for managing volume.
